Refund policy
We want you to love your amavé pieces. If it’s not quite right, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
1. Return window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered (according to the tracking information) to request a return.

Returns requested after 14 days may be refused.
2. Eligibility
To be accepted, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
-
In their original condition, free from marks, makeup, perfume, tan or damage

With all tags and labels attached
-
Returned in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless faulty):

Earrings or body jewellery

Underwear and bikini bottoms (if you ever sell these)

Gift cards

Items marked “Final Sale” or discounted more than [X]% (adjust if you want)
4. How to start a return

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked service.

Until it reaches us, the parcel is your responsibility.

5. Return shipping costs

For change of mind, wrong size or style, return shipping is paid by the customer.

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs once approved (keep your postage receipt).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we sent you the wrong or a faulty item.
6. Refunds & processing time
Once your return arrives and is inspected:

If approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or store credit, as selected (where available).

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
If the return is not approved (e.g. worn, stained, no tags), we may send it back to you and no refund will be issued.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not hold items for direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please:

Return the original item for a refund or store credit.

Place a new order for the item you want.
8. Faulty or incorrect items
If you believe your item is faulty or you received the wrong product:

Contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos
If confirmed faulty/incorrect, we’ll either:

Replace the item (subject to stock), or
-
Refund you in full, including standard shipping costs
